Open enrollment is November 9–20, 2026.

Action is required: If you want benefits in 2027, you will need to go online during this time and make your choices. Your current benefits will not carry over.

	Medical	Economical plan is now Value HDHP, with a lower deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. Choice HDHP deductible and out-of-pocket maximum are increasing slightly. Your premium is going up slightly—your first increase in three years.
	Health Savings Account	If you elect one of the HDHPs, you will receive a seed contribution on January 1: $250: employee only coverage $500: employee + dependents coverage We’ll continue contributing throughout the year if you meet the minimum per-paycheck contribution requirements.
	Dental	You now have two plan choices: Core and Enhanced. Your premium is increasing slightly—the first increase in eight years.
	Vision	We’ve added Anthem’s Plus network for extra perks and discounts. You can now get new frames every year.
	New Funding Account Platform	The platform for the Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) is changing—same provider, just a different platform. Keep scrolling this page for instructions.
	Wellness Credit for 2028	Complete an annual preventive visit with your primary care provider by September 30, 2027.
	Financial and Health Protection	Sun Life will now administer the accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), and disability plans.
